Started in the year 2000, now the crown of house boat tourism in Kerala with 15  house boats of varying capacities in kumarakom And Alleppy  . Amenities include 1 to 5 bedrooms (both A/c & Non A/c), Upper deck, common living area, kitchen, most modern toilets, uninterrupted water facility, DVD player, etc. Lifesaving devices and safety jackets are available on board as a guard against any eventuality. The kitchens are clean and spacious equipped with modern equipments which are fire proofed.

Room with attached clean toilet with comfortable bed room, special personal chef on houseboat, Day time cruise through the all villages and islands, night at village area, Fishing rode, Water safety equipments, music systems  & Tv 0ptions, experienced 3 boat crews(Captain, Cook, Engine driver) your own private cook will serve food, Daily housekeeping services  

House Boat Details

1) Check in time 12:00 PM Noon Check out time 10:00 AM. 

2) Management is not responsible for late arrivals and check out time will be followed as per schedule.

3) A/C will provide 8.00 PM to 6.00 AM, A/C is not required by day as the backwater breeze gives everything. 

4) You can enjoy the privacy in the boat and is exclusively for you.

5) 05.00 pm to 07.00 am- Boat will Anchored & it will be idle in the lake. (As per GOVT. Rule- Village people need to put the net in the lake for fishing)

6)  Children above 5 Yr. age will be count as extra person.

7) Honeymoon houseboat have extra candle light dinner, flower decoration bed, honeymoon cake.

Kumarakom Round Itinerary - One Night
 

Day 01 / Check in Time :12.00 Noon / Check in Place : Kumarakom

The house boat that a waits you with a lot of surprises. Cruising through the. Back waters are a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty that the lakes, canals and the rivers can offer you.  Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater rivers and canals. The proposed cruise will start at 12.00 noon from Kumarakom boat bay.You will be welcomed with welcome Drink, and will be provided with Lunch, Tea & Snacks and Dinner, by 05:30 in the evening the boat will be docked near the banks of the river. The place itself is very beautiful, if interested you can proceed for village walk and engage in activities like fishing and enjoy the sunset and the beauty of the nature.

Day 02 / Check out time : 9.00 Am / Check out Place : Kumarakom

After the breakfast we will take you through the other beautiful locations and by 9:00 AM you will be dropped back in Kumarakom. The details of the route are given below.
Route

Starting from Kumarakom Vembanadu Lake the cruise will take you through  r block and c block,Rani, Chithira, Marthandam (r block and c block are man made paddy fields made from Lake during the ruling of King and here cultivation happens below sea level) Or Kavanar,cheepunkal, Pathiramanal Island,thannirmukkam , muhama ,kayapuram etc
